modamecouture @sdean5578 Im currently a 32B 109lbs and the small fits me great. Strap laces alow for adjustment. Medium may be perfect for you based on information you provided.

modamecouture @sdean5578 the small top is about 26" around laid flat with stretch to about 33" around. I do not think it will work.
