fancyunicorn Hi there... just got the jacket today and it’s absolutely beautiful and just what I’m looking for but I should have went with my gut and ordered the L. It’s too big. Is there anything we can do to work this out? I would love to just exchange for a L. Is that possible? The last time a Posher told me to do that through the problem inquiry method I was declined and stuck even though the Posher communicated and agreed with me. Thoughts?
