christie929 @deedee061 Hi..I would say true to size. The material is light so it feels like a relaxed fit. I am 5'4" 148 lbs and just tried the small (I wear small and medium depending on the designer). The small fit is a little more form fitted than the medium and the medium looks a little big on me. I hope that helps? For my size, I would go with the small.
