Target Mossimo Navy Blue Tunic XXL NEVER WORN

This is a navy blue tunic/dress from Target’s Mossimo brand. It was purchased around 2007 and though it doesn’t have the original tags, it has NEVER been worn. Fabric is semi-sheer with a white pattern. There’s some gathering right below the collar for a more fitted look (see pictures). Shiny white buttons down the front. There’s a black sash of shiny fabric attached with two loops in back. Length from shoulder to hem is just about 33 inches. Comes from smoke-free and cat-friendly home!
