robin_bailon91 Hi @the_fusionista I just spoke to you last week about the Nike presto. Thank you for my order; however, the shoes don’t fit like I’d hope they would. Is it possible to do a return and refund? I just got them in the mail yesterday and have not worn them outside.

robin_bailon91 @the_fusionista I loved the shoes they were beautiful, but when I tried them on they fit snug. I also couldn’t fit socks in there so I tried with thinner socks and it didn’t work either. I can get them on but I struggle with it and the socks thing isn’t working.

the_fusionista @robin_bailon91 OK I've never done a return before and I can't really cancel the order from my end so go ahead and contact poshmark and I think that they handle everything.

the_fusionista I went to their customer service and it says " cancellations are subject to approval from poshmark" there's no button for me to push to give you the money back. I have no problem at all accepting the return. Like I said I just want everyone to be happy in my store.

the_fusionista So go ahead and contact them and once they approve your refund and I received the shoes back I have no problem issuing the money back.

the_fusionista I forgot to tag you in the below comments, also know that you can relist and sell them as well as long as they are not used you can get similar price versus having to pay for shipping to get them back to me. Just weigh out the pro and cons. I'm fine with what you choose.

If that doesn’t work and they are still in mint condition you can literally resell it using my photos by screenshot and making a listing. Let me know when you do relish so I can share and help you get these sold. These are very popular so I don’t think you will have a hard time ❤️🎄

the_fusionista @earthsong69 hi yes just saw this. The Hawaiian islands is a place where my heart and soul becomes just full to the brim. My two favorite are Maui and Kauai. Go to Kauai if you love the rugged outdoors (they have a mini Grand Canyon) and also go to Maui if you just love yo kick back and have deep relaxation 🙃

luluslatenight @the_fusionista I thought the scenery looked familiar. I lived on Maui for 3 years. I’ve visited Kauai and seen Waimea Canyon. It’s truly spectacular. I would love to move back but I have young grandsons and they are more important to me than where I live. I haven’t made enough here to fly back and forth.🤣 Thanks for responding. 💜💜💜
