forever_ellenlp Hi there. I am reaching out to you to plead my case. My 8 year old grandson took my phone & one of ur dresses was on the screen yesterday I was looking at and he managed to purchase it. 😜 wth...😃 It’s a blue choker neck dress for $45. I actually JUST noticed it. Is there any way for me to cancel it. It’s too late to cancel thru accidental purchase. Let me know. I’m so sorry!!

lolafreebird @forever_ellenlp sorry just now seeing this msg! I e already shipped packages yesterday, but I don't see any tracking information updated yet. So the only thing I can do is when I go in on Monday morning to drop off packages I can see if that one hasn't been shipped yet and retrieve and cancel your order. Other than that I don't know what else I can do. I know posh doesn't do returns..

forever_ellenlp @lolafreebird Right. Which is brutally annoying. I think we could sell better if they allowed returns. Just charge customer! Anyway, I greatly appreciate your trying to do Something to rectify the situation. If you could do what you’re saying and just give it a go that would be awesome. And I totally understand if it’s already gone out. So if I do end up w/the dress, does it run short? I am a large but I’m tall. five eight. do you think it’ll be a mini on me?

lolafreebird @forever_ellenlp so I asked if they could retrieve the package and she said she couldn't help me with that and I didn't have time to wait for the manager. She said there wasn't a tracking yet Because it hasn't been put I yet since I brought the package in on Saturday before it closed a d its probably going out today!

If I offer free shipping then I am basically making only what I paid for the merchandise, which in that case it's pointless for me to sell anything on here as I am not making any money.
