aligirl1213 @broookebandy Hi! The inseam is 33” in the front 34” in the back. It is a hi-low hem. The short lining is 10 3/4” from the top of the waistband. They have an elastic waistband and measured flat it is 25”. They have a faux drawstring in front. Please let me know if you have any more questions or need measurements on a different size. aligirl1213 @angelaenigro Hey there! There is an elastic waist but the actual material is chiffon. There is a little slack in the fabric, however, it is not stretchy. Hope that helps! 😊
