Royal blue dress with flowers in orange, red, blue, red, white and yellow with green. V neck with elastic around the neck. Waist of the dress has a semi stretchy elastic to allow you to puff out above the waist and/or shorten or lengthen the dress as desired. Sleeves have a design and semi fitted cuff to allow the sleeves to appear flowy as seen in the photos. The bottom of the dress has a border as seen in the photos. Sizes Small, Medium, Large, XL, XXL available New With Tags.

luanac08 @falonhoven Hi, I'm sorry for the late response. My weekend was so hectic. The dress does not have any black mixed in the pattern. It has parts that are a very deep shade of blue, which can look black in the photos. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!

kataleya_sun I need the bust to be 44 inches which I find is anywhere from large to XL and 14 to 16 Most of the time a 14 will work but not always. I like knee length I am 5'6 so about 40 inch length

luanac08 @kataleya_sun Hi, the bust of the XL [measured laying flat in its natural state, not stretched/pulled out] measures at roughly 42 inches [21 x 2 = 42]. This dress gives a lot of room as it is very stretchy and flowy. I stretched/pulled out the top of the bust and it can give about 4-5 more inches. The length of the XL is roughly 46 inches long.
