reedkim Do these have adjustable straps? I love the color. I’d prob need some tailoring for sure bc I’m just 5’3.5” tall and 32A - not much up top to keep front from hanging to lower ribs lol. Do u work out? If u say no pls lmk how u get your arms so perfectly shaped(cont)

jen_is_lost @reedkim the straps do not adjust. And no I don't work out I just jog a lot. Arms are because I am always picking up heavy things daily. Boxes, my patient (400 lbs) etc... I am nothing but muscles always been that way though.

jen_is_lost @reedkim hey there are great easy videos on YouTube for working out. Do in your home. Just search toning arms, bum, etc. I love some of the bum exercises because I don't have one and starting to get one. I hate the gyms. Always some guy hitting on you. I quit going years ago.

reedkim (Cont) My main gripe is def the hanging skin. I’m 54 and my legs and arms look 88 to me lol. Sure I look ok in winter when all covered up lol but bathing suit weather is around the corner and I’m not close to being reAdy. I usually never gain weight bc I really can’t eat bc of my mouth not opening. I mean it opens but u kno how most ppl can bite right into a sandwich on reg bread, I cannot do that. Mine needs to be flat like a crepe or cut into infant PCs.

jen_is_lost @reedkim google you tube and see some of the videos to tone your arms. I'm sure there is something to tone under your arms. And I understand the opening the mouth. I am a picky picky eater. Veggies is all I ever eat with an occasional meat. But no matter how I eat i never gain quickly always takes a couple of months and I go up and down a lot. Try protein shakes there is an organic vegan one that I do 5 times a day. Love it.

jen_is_lost @jerviray82 it's about 1/2" laying flat larger so the medium would work. And you would have to have it hemmed. It would be approximately 4-5" to long.
