Formal dress for special occasions, prom, graduation, etc. Really beautiful on very flattering defines feminine figure but it's sized 7 Juniors or XS for small ladies. It has polyester lining and a bit of volume on the bottom topped with lace and tiny white appliqué. Can be worn with or without the white waist ribbon. CHEST ~ 15 inches can stretch up to 16 in Waist ~ 12 in Hips ~ 16 inches at rest but can stretch. Lenght from top to bottom center is 31 1/2 inches. Could fit petite. Like new!
