At 5'4" I'm a little worried that the 52.8" in length might be a bit too long on me depending upon where that measurement is taken from, top of bodice or top of halter strap. Also I love the color of the dress in the 2nd photo in this listing so just wanted to make sure that was the blue color. Thanks so much! 💜
