Joie Felicia Burgundy pleated skirt XS (0 or 00)

Love this skirt but it's a little too small on me. Also has a liner on the inside. Best for a true 00-0. Elastic waistband stretches comfortably to 12" (can go more but I would recommend someone who wears a 24 in denim). I'm a true size 2 and this was just a little too tight on me in both the hips (I'm 37" around) and waist (I'm 26.5" and usually wear a 25-26 in denim). I paid much more for this than what I'm listing and would love to see this designer item go to a good home.
