livelife_love @sunnyvander323 hi the coat runs small a 4/6 would be Btwn med/lg. Please refer to size chart in the pics to view sizing. Also another thing to consider when choosing a size is layering underneath the Coat if you will be wearing additional thick layers underneath you should go up another size as well
