@jennjohnsin76 size S/m is for sizes 2-8 and size L/XL is for sizes 10-16 They are very stretchy!! I can also measure them if you like?

@jennjohnsin76 because they are stretchy it's difficult to get a real measurement i think the L would be too big for you. Unstreatched the large were about 30 inches. My waste is 29 inches also and the S/M fit me perfect!!
