Very beautiful royal blue dress. Only have worn once and got it dry cleaned. The top part is actual silk and the bottom fringes are polyester. It does have a slip lining built in. One of my favorites I've ever worn. I can't fit it anymore unfortunately. I'm 5'4 and it goes about an inch above my knees. Will ship next day. Smoke free home. Willing to take offers 💙
