@malibupgh I started my closet in February & I have put a LOT of time into sharing & gaining followers. I worked to amass a decent following, probably at least 15k, before I began buying wholesale just so I would be able to reach more buyers. Some weeks are better than others and it is time consuming but I find my sales are much more steady now than in the beginning. It is a challenge buying through to wholesale portal on Posh because the prices are so high but I've been trying to make it work!

@malibupgh that’s a bummer. If the condition of an item is really inaccurately described by a seller, it is possible to open a case and get your money back. Normally I’ve had good luck with sellers, only one item really wasn’t what I expected and I just tried to provide some constructive criticism to the seller. If you resell, an accurate description & measurements are all you can do!

@brookefitz89 yes, it really is a bummer, because they did not describe or I believe show pictures that the heels of the shoes were really worn/scratched and the gold top part had scratches. It was described as minor scratches, but they were definitely more worn than I had anticipated. Live, learn, and resell!

@malibupgh yeah if you accepted another offer on something that was part of a bundle then it would automatically be removed from the bundle. When something is in a bundle, it does not mean it is reserved.

@malibupgh yes a bundle is technically more than one item. Sometimes people hit “add to bundle” by accident or to see if you’ll send a private offer on the one item. You can still send the buyer an offer even if they only added one item to the bundle.

@malibupgh I’m sorry I don’t completely understand what you mean! If someone made a bundle of one item, it’s completely up to you whether or not you want to extend an offer. Your bundle discount won’t automatically be applied to the one item so you’d have to use the “make an offer” button if you desired to send one. Hope that helps!
