thewhitelotus @lissaloves it can be done daily. But I have so many I do a different one every evening as part of my nightly bath by firelight. I would suggest at least 2 to 3 times per week. A gentle facial soak and light scrub. But shoot for one to two times per week minimum at full 20 minute soak.

thewhitelotus @styledbuyv Sweetie I would go with this one for now bc it has amazing healing power... but again I stress use organic nut milks, honey, or fruit juices for the liquid and vary them for an all around boost to your skin. You should also start adding Pink Hymalayan salt to your water, about 1/4 tsp to 16oz. That will help retain moisture and relieve the dark circles in addition. 🤗❤️🤗

styledbuyv Thank you so much. I only drink and use organic cashew milk. It's my favorite and so natural. Only 3 ingredients and none of those horrible cancer causing carrageenan ingredients. I also have Manuka honey I have been taking that is phenomenal and I use pure hyaluronic acid and fresh aloe on my skin. My skin is softer than ever. I drink a ton of water but stress and lack of sleep have really paid a toll on me.
