Candies Hi-low Light Summer Career Work Dress

Cute Hi-low Candie's spring dress. Pre-loved, size XS. Has two small belt loops (see photos) but no belt. I believe this can be worn two ways: criss-cross in front or back (although not sure...but I think it looks cool either way). See pics of how I did the straps on mannequin.
