{vintage} Couture floral maxi dress

Circa early 60s. Floral maxi dress with full skirt, sheer sleeves, banded waist, attached match ribbon belt, and sweetheart collar. Tailor made, couture item, no material tag, no size tag. EUC, other than loose material by zip (will hand sew upon sale). No stretch. Would best fit a smaller chest. Made of sheer floral overlay with fully lined white underlay. Bust- 15" flat. Waist- 13" flat. Hips- 21" flat. Length- 55". Shoulder to cuff- 23".
