@ooofah1 either a medium or large depending on her bust size. if she is larger in that area i would get a large. if she is more narrow through the shoulders especially i would get the medium

@ooofah1 I would get a size large. This jacket generally fits true to size but some women with larger busts have said it was a little snug in the chest /shoulder area and needed to be let out
