myluxelabel @just1jax a 36C will fit in the medium but there may be some spacing in between the buttons. Do you normally wear a medium on button down shirts? This top fits similar to most button downs. Hopefully that helps

myluxelabel @dawncalyer I think a medium would be the correct size. What size button down do you usually wear? This top fits similar to a button down where if it's too small in the bust the space between the buttons separate.
