I am looking for something that sounds can stand in for over 8 hours. Are they comfortable? I would also like to know the condition of the boots.

It is brand new in its original box. It is soft and comfortable. Not sure if you can stand over 8 hrs. I have not tried. Maybe once in a while. I would recommend Dansko if you need to stand 8 hours a day and every day.
