This is such a great dress for summer! The putter layer is chiffon and it does have a lining. The material is very light and breezy. It is a beautiful vibrant orange color. The photos make it look almost neon, its not quite that bright. It has fully adjustable straps, size s although it seems like it could also fit a medium. devilwearsthis @mockginger Hi, yes it is. The measurements from pit to pit is about 18 inches and the waist I'd about 22 inches but if course that depends where is hits on you length wise.
