NWOT Francesca's Closet Sheer Blue Top w/ Draping

Never worn, but tags are removed. Blue Rain brand, purchased at Francesca's Closet. Front is simple scoop neck, hits around hips. Back has draping and is longer than front -- almost tunic length. Unlined. Color is dark blue/navy. No stretch, but loose fitting. Measurements (taken on one side): Length (center back collar to bottom hem): 26" Length (center front collar to bottom hem): 18" Armpit to armpit: 18.5" Smoke-free home!
