Shoulder to shoulder with stretch is about 28 inches across the front. The bust area is a little wider as the top gets wider as it does down.

nicolediamonds @jonicalewis I am wearing a small in the picture, and I am 5’7 and a size 4. They are roomy. I guess it would depend how broad you are. If you have broad shoulders the small might be snug. But if you are between a small and a med. than the small might work! I paid more than $28 a piece for them, these were the most expensive boutique item I’ve ever purchased! But I would not charge more than 18 because I just wouldn’t feel right with the white smudges. on the front.
