trendsetterdiva I do not have a size guide. I wear a 10 and kept a large for myself, I would say runs true to size. in case that helps.

trendsetterdiva @whitney5555 I am also a I would say stick with medium. I wear a 6 or 8 now and own a medium myself and fits comfy and a little loose. I feel like a large would be more of a 10/ 12 on this item.
