superhyura@audracook1115 sorry for the delay. I think it would fit a 2 bit may be too tight for a 4. I am normally a 0. The measurements are 12” waist and 14” from pit to pit. I normally wear a size 25 in jeans. The length from shoulder to hem is 34” at the shortest and 36” at the longest. Hope this helps.
