jamerine29 @cha37 - Also wanted to mention that since these pants have a waistband, they are stretchy and so if your waist is not exactly 30" it can still stretch to a little bit larger (for example my waist is 32" and they still fit).

jamerine29 @soreano - Yes the waist is 30" - They are tummy control pants which is why the waist is larger than a typical size 2 pair of pants - Hope this helps!
