clmayfae @redheadbohemian Just double checked. Medium is 21” not 23” in the bust. I must have had the top spread out differently. Sorry. 🤦🏼‍♀️It’s a little hard to measure being open back. 💕

clmayfae @redheadbohemian I would try it on for you right now because I’m usually a medium but I’m 8 months pregnant so that wouldn’t help at all lol. If I were you I would go with the medium though. The sleeves are slightly dolman, so I think a small would be too tight and not look right.
