threadsofmalibu @roxyragtop Hi! Bust is 17”, hem 23” across, and straps adjustable but from where the sequins start on the strap to hem is 27”. The black material that is the back of the tank is 5% Spandex so has some. Hope this helps 😀 sorry about the delay in getting by back to you 🌸
