It’s black. You feel like a princess in it. It’s flowy but not too poofy! I actually took a layer out so it wasn’t as poofy. The top is gold sequins and is shear all the way around. It ties up in the back so you can make it as loose or as tight as you prefer. ALSO its actually a size 5 but could fit 4 or 6
