blandandbu @francystobler Hello! I am not in the office at the moment but will be shortly. I will give you exact measurement on the band for both a medium and large. It is not so much the cup size, since there are inserts and gives a great shape regardless, but on how much give the band has.

blandandbu @francystobler the M measured 14 inches across and the L 15 inches.i am a size 34 B, and I personally prefer the size Medium. it has stretch in the band and fits slightly lower than the typical bra band would on the body.
