modstitch @sammy hi doll, I wouldn’t advise taking out the lining. Your silhouette will show through the dress when the sun hits it. The flare is due to the cut of the dress, but I’ve seen a really cute top with tassels, made from the same fabric. I’ll help you find it if interested. xo
