beanerknitsI'm sorry that the purchase didn't work you. There is nothing wrong with the shoe nor transaction, and the description was same as printed on the shoe and shoebox. It is regrettable that I was given such a low rating. Quoting from online sites: "Birkenstocks notoriously run about half a size large (they are still foremost orthopedic sandals which is why we love them in the first place)…." "…..Birkenstocks are generously sized compared to other sandals...

silverlady1986Lucia,, I got the measurements for you, pull up the shoes again, I added a picture where I measured across the top of the shoe,, it measures 5 inches from leather to leather, if you measure a pair of yours that are similar, you should be able to see if they are close. hope this helps, they are so soft, they would be easy to stretch, let me know if I can help you with anything else.
