nolas_closet@mycaelmore Hi, these are perfect for longer legs because the cuffs can be adjusted. I’d go with the 5/26. A size 4 is generally a 26.5” waist. These have a great amount of stretch so the 5 would be the closest to a 4, or 27. Hope that helps. 😊🌸
