Amethyst and cubic zirconium sterling silver stamped with 925
It was a “ please take me back gift” from my high school sweetheart when he came back from Mexico when we were 15 so I’m not sure how real the stones are. I believe the amethyst is real but highly doubt they are real diamonds. Definitely real silver
