fashionposhers @fancy2714 Hi, i tried these on and they stayed up on me. They do have elastic at very top gives them some stretch to keep from falling. Thanks for asking...hope this helps

fashionposhers @emmy_joy Hi, my suggestion would be to measure right above your knee if you could. The boots measure 14in in circumference. Use this as a reference to help you determine if they are a good fit. Hope this helps.😊
