beautifullife99 @brookeyvonne Wrap the tape measure around the wrist . And it’s the number at the point where the tape meets the 0 add 1.5 cm for a comfy fit. You can then add or subtract centimeters according to whether you prefer a loose, exact or tight fit.

I have had mine in all three colors for 2 years now and I can shower with them on and go swimming and all that. They have not tarnished or turned my wrist green at all
