chelseablair@twhite90 do you mean the strap is splitting? That can happen after awhile, but I don't remember it being the case with your particular tag, and I can't see it in the pics. I think it's past Posh's window to file a claim, but you can probably diy it too.

chelseablair@twhite90 oh yea, that's normal. You can put your name inside where it opens. I thought you meant the strap had split. The one you got is their standard size, or the larger tag-same as pictured here with measurements. They make a smaller tag that comes on the Deauville and a couple of other bags.
