@lsbates818 the dress has a large fit. The medium measures at 34in across at the widest part. If you're more on the petite side a small will work. I have it in a medium with 40in hips and I'm 5f 7i.

@frenzypalmtree definitely can be hemmed and the harem style makes for plenty of room in the bust area without being too baggy. Across the bust area is 26in and the straps are adjustable as well.
