Blue embroidered cotton cape jacket with tassels

Brand new, with tags, gorgeous cape with tassel tie. The blue embroidery is beautiful on this piece, and I have the exact same one that I wear all the time! Was given this as a gift, and it’s sold out everywhere, so figured it was too nice to just sit in my closet! Size small and goes well in spring or summer with just about anything!
