Measurements are flat measurements with the dress not stretched (I try to be as accurate as possible when measuring, but please allow for some margin of error.) Bust: 12" Waist: 9" Hip: 11" Dress has front and back ruching plus 30% spandex to give it stretch. Please let me know if I can be of any further assistance.

I strive to be as accurate as possible when measuring, but please allow for a small margin of error. *Length (measured down the back): 25" *Waist: 9" *Hip: 11" *Bust: 12" Dress has front and back ruching, as well as 30% Spandex for stretch.
