@elstout53 You can remove one link without any tools since there are two clasps on the band. If you want to remove more, you would need to remove the pins holding them together.

Is it missing any crystals and what size wrist will it fit??

@charlee333 Hi, this watch doesn't have any missing crystals and will fit an 8" wrist. If you add the extender it will fit an 8.5" wrist. Pins can also be pushed out to remove more links if you want it smaller. I have a 6.5" wrist and would have to remove 2 links for it to fit how I like.
