are approximately as follows: 1XL 23" 2XL 24" and 3XL 25". Those measurements are taken across underarm to underarm laying flat for each.

@shelpen Hi Sondra! Thank you for the compliment. The dress does have a little stretch to the fabric. I think you would be able to do the 3X based on your measurements and the dress' measurements, but it wont be loose fitting across the bust for you. As long as you are okay with it being form fitting in the bust, I think you would be happy. Let me know if I can help you further! ๐ค๐๐๐
