Off shoulder shirt

I set this shirt aside to hand wash but it somehow ended up in the regular wash ;( only worn once. It was a medium but it did shrink so I'm calling it a small. I could wear it but the sleeves are a little shorter now and doesn't look right on me since I'm 5'9 with long arms.
