styledbuyv @teeter1010 so since it's stretchy the laying flat measurement isn't entirely accurate as it extends while wearing. So I stretched them a tiny bit to get an accurate read. Medium laying flat is 13" but stretches comfortable to 14.5" and large is 14" but stretches comfortably to 15.5" - I didn't over stretch. Hope that helps 🌸
