Amazing Self-Portait white, blue, black dress with Ruffle shoulder trim! Has bandeau top under the lattice top part of the dress. Purchased at Neiman’s in Houston. I wore this once for an event and love it but just don’t have another opportunity to wear it! Perfect condition.

@leximorgan1125 I think it should fit! I wear 26-27 in pants and typically a small top. I do think this dress/ brand runs a little small compared to other brands though! I am a 4 in most things and needed a 6 in this dress.
