jhailynn@taylorncostello @taylorncostello hey Taylor, after looking at American eagles size chart on their website. It looks like a size 4 in waist is 26.5 and Kancans size 3 pants is a 25” waist. It’s a 1.5 inch smaller. So they’d be snug on you. If I’m correct. Hope that helps 😊
