Spring pleated and Fitted Halogen Dress Size 8

Perfect spring dress in excellent condition. Only worn once! It fits a true 8. Pleated around the bottom of the dress on the on the front chest area. Zipper and hook eye in excellent condition. The dress was purchased without a belt but has loops for one. Nobody would notice unless mentioned. The color is a light blue with a dark blue pattern. The blue is close to a moth blue. Material is polyester and chiffon.
