Soft surroundings maxi skirt. In great condition. Minor loose thread on bottom embroidered design but nothing noticeable or extensive. Pleated top and flowing body. It has a zipper and button closure on the left upper corner and has partial elastic waist at the back so it can comfortable fit various sizes. Laying flat, waist measures 12.5”, stretches, waist measures 15.5”. Tag says TS but fits a small/medium best. Length is 39.5”, sits high on the waist.
